JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Are you passionate about football and eager to inspire the next generation of athletes? As a Football Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and instilling a love for the game. You will create an engaging and supportive environment that encourages growth both on and off the field. Your leadership will help shape young athletes into not only skilled players but also confident individuals.
A well-established summer camp across the US is seeking to hire a Football Coach and an Assistant Football Coach. Applications are open to international candidates.
This is a salary, plus the offer includes employment visas, and medical insurance is provided for elligible candidates.
Accommodation+three meals+ training are FREE.
Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.
Work starts in June 2026

What you’ll do
• Assist in designing and implementing effective training programs tailored to various skill and proficiency levels.
• Conduct practice sessions that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork to enhance overall performance.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their abilities.
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and respect among players.
• Organize and lead competitive matches.
• Manage behaviour during practices and games, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
• Stay updated on football coaching techniques, rules, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Experience working with children or youth in a coaching or teaching capacity.• Strong understanding of football's elementary fundamentals and strategies.
• Background in sports coaching across various disciplines is preferred but non-essential
• Experience teaching physical education or leading health club activities is preferred but non-essential

500 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
