JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An established Summer Camp across the US is looking to hire a High and Low Ropes Course Instructor. We seek mature and reliable individuals who can be trusted to be part of a team and are committed to both personal and professional development.

This is a salary, plus the offer includes a work authorization, and medical insurance is provided for elligible candidates.
Accommodation+three meals+ training are FREE.
• Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.
• Work starts in June 2026

As a camp counsellor, you will get to spend your days sharing your passion for sports, arts or nature with all of the camp community.
We are seeking individuals who enjoy working hard and playing hard! We are happy to work with you to fulfill internship requirements, should you have any.
Ropes:
As a ropes staff member, you will be responsible for facilitating group games and low-ropes elements to teach the basics of teamwork, trust, and cooperation. Most of your summer will be spent on the high ropes course which includes a climbing wall, giant swing, and a 3-level adventure course. AND, of course, the aqua zip! We actually have the only zip line that lands in the lake!
It is helpful if you have experience belaying, leading initiatives and climbing. All ropes staff members will undergo an intensive three-day training program led by an outside company, regardless of prior knowledge. Not only does this training help you become comfortable with our ropes course, but it is also a great opportunity to get to know the rest of the ropes staff!
Requirements:
• Show the campers how to move across the ropes courses• Providing them with the encouragement to step out of their comfort zone
• Care/Maintenance of equipment and ropes courses
• Plan and facilitate other programs with other staff
• Other camp duties
The ideal candidate is eager to be part of our ROAR (Ropes & Archery) Team.
Salary:
USD
400 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
