About Us:
An established Summer Camp across the US is looking to hire a Horseback riding instructor. Our sports camp is dedicated to providing top-tier equestrian education to students of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking passionate Full-Time Riding Instructors to join our team.
Applications are open to international candidates.
• This is a salary, plus the offer includes employment visas, medical insurance for elligible candidates.
• Accommodation+three meals+ training are FREE.
• Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.
• Work starts in June 2026
• Application deadline is December 31, 2025
Job Responsibilities:
• Teach private and group riding lessons for riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Provide instruction in both English and hunter/jumper disciplines
• Ensure safety and proper horsemanship practices for all students.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to riders’ skills and goals.
• Supervise students during riding sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for riders, families, and staff.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Prior experience teaching riding lessons
• Knowledge of horse care, training, and stable management.
• Ability to work with students of all ages and riding abilities.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious teaching style.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and complete the Safesport certification.
• Must be available for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
USD
500 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
