JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Company description
A well-established summer camp in the US is looking for lifeguards and swimming coaches.
Lifeguards will play a key role in creating fun and engaging experiences for campers. Lifeguards start and end their day with the campers in their cabin, but during program time, they lead swim instruction and actively guard at the waterfront. This dynamic leads to not only building a relationship with the campers in their own bunk, but gives lifeguards the opportunity to get to know each and every camper throughout the summer.
Lifeguards are responsible for preparing age-specific lesson plans for their assigned age group's swim instruction, engaging campers and staff during their sessions, maintaining the program area’s equipment, and communicating the needs of their program area – such as new equipment or maintenance requirements – to the Waterfront Director.
This is a salary, plus the offer includes employment visas, medical insurance, and other benefits.
Accommodation+three meals+ training are FREE.
Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.
Work starts in June 2026
Application deadline is December 31, 2025
