We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to support our international oil & gas EPC project on-site in Uzbekistan. Key responsibilities include:
–Implementing robust quality control and inspection processes across oil & gas construction activities, ensuring compliance with both international and local standards.
–Conducting thorough material and equipment quality checks—from receipt and storage to pre-installation and commissioning.
–Monitoring construction work procedures, performing regular inspections to verify workmanship, and ensuring adherence to EPC specifications.
–Providing necessary QA/QC support to the commissioning team during the commissioning phase to ensure that all systems and components meet quality and operational requirements prior to handover.
–Preparing and reviewing quality inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation for submission to owner and third-party inspection agencies.
–Acting as the primary liaison with the project owner, independent inspection bodies, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
–Operating effectively within an international, multicultural construction environment, collaborating with diverse contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
–Bachelor’s degree (any engineering or relevant discipline preferred).
–Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas QA/QC or quality management, preferably within EPC projects.
–Solid knowledge of international QA/QC standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API) and relevant inspection procedures.
–Proven ability to prepare and review QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and test records.
–Strong communication and coordination skills for working with owners, contractors, and third-party inspectors in a multicultural environment.
–Russian or Uzbek language skills considered an advantage.
