We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day materials control for a large oil & gas EPC project site in Uzbekistan. You will manage receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance of project materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards. The role interfaces closely with Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, Cost Control, and Logistics to safeguard critical path materials and support site progress.

Key Responsibilities
–Lead warehouse operations across main warehouse and laydown yards; plan manpower, shifts, and workflows (receiving, put-away, binning, picking, kitting, dispatch).
–Oversee GRN/OS&D processing, material inspection with QA/QC, and documentation (MTCs, heat numbers, certificates of conformity) to ensure full traceability by tag/heat/lot.
–Implement FIFO/FEFO and preservation plans per vendor and project procedures; manage storage of hazardous materials per MSDS and HSE rules.
–Administer project ERP/WMS transactions (e.g., SAP MM/Oracle/Maximo): MRs, reservations/kits, MIV/Issue Notes, RTVs, stock adjustments; maintain a minimum inventory accuracy level of 99%.
–Run cycle counts and wall-to-wall stocktakes; reconcile with Cost Control and Project Controls; issue variance and shrinkage reports with corrective actions.
–Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with freight forwarders and customs brokers; schedule heavy lifts, rigging plans, and equipment utilization in line with lifting procedures.
–Manage consumables, spares, bulk commodities, and tagged items; establish minimum/maximum levels and shortage/expedite lists for priority work fronts.
–Enforce site HSE and 5S standards; lead toolbox talks and incident/NCR containment in the warehouse area; conduct staff training and competency assessments.
–Produce daily/weekly KPI reports (receipts, issues, aging, preservation status, critical materials) for the Site Management Team.

Requirements:
–Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
–6–10 years’ warehouse/materials control experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role on construction/EPC or oil & gas project sites.
–Hands-on proficiency with ERP/WMS (SAP MM/Oracle/Maximo) and strong Excel skills; capable of driving data integrity and system discipline.
–Solid knowledge of oil & gas material categories (piping, valves, electrical/instrument, structural steel), MTC/heat number control, and preservation requirements.
–Proven track record running cycle counts/stocktakes, resolving OS&D, and closing audits with corrective/preventive actions.
–Strong HSE mindset; familiar with lifting/rigging controls, hazardous storage, and MSDS management.
–Effective stakeholder coordination with QA/QC, Construction, Procurement, Logistics, and Cost Control under schedule pressure.
–Language plus: Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage
