JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing pharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and timely dispatch of medicines in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other pharma regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct periodic audits, and manage inventory control.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor temperature-controlled storage and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure safe handling, labeling, and segregation of products including near-expiry and damaged stock.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / Supply Chain or related field.• 2–4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in pharma.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
Salary:
OMR
350 to 400
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
