We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to focus primarily on selling Audio-Visual (AV) Products and Solutions to System Integrators (SIs) and Resellers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored AV solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and network with prospective clients including corporate companies, contractors, architects, consultants, and system integrators to promote AV products and solutions.
• Client Engagement: Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to generate sustainable business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
• Solution Presentation: Conduct impactful product presentations, live demos, and mockups to effectively showcase solutions and communicate value propositions.
• Coordination with Manufacturers: Collaborate closely with manufacturers for competitive pricing, product knowledge, and technical support.
• Customer Support: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries by coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Negotiation & Order Closure: Lead price discussions, prepare proposals, and successfully close orders.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales of Audio-Visual products, IT solutions, or related technology fields.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, components, and industry trends is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project follow-ups.
