School Principal WANTED in Doha, Qatar – Starting January 2026!
We are representing a well-established British curriculum school in Doha, Qatar, serving both local and international students. The school is seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead their team from January 2026 for the 2025–26 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students, staff, and the wider community, driving continued success and growth.
The successful candidate will oversee a diverse team of educators—mainly from the UK alongside staff of other nationalities—all working collaboratively to deliver high standards of education and uphold the school’s ethos and values.

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Profile- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s in Educational Leadership or equivalent strongly preferred, but not essential)
- Proven experience in school leadership (as Principal, Headteacher, or Deputy Head)
- Strong understanding of the British curriculum and international school standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and parents
- Culturally adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Salary:
QAR
35,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
