JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking qualified Facilities Managers to support ongoing retail and hospitality projects of our client in Tabuk and Yanbu.
Candidates should be experienced in managing the Facilities Management service delivery, of all services (Hard and Soft) to a retail & hospitality facility. Candidates should be familiar with performance-based contracts, containing KPIs and SLAs and have the ability to manage and oversee contract delivery across the portfolio from all contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or other related degree- Facilities Management experience – Essential
- Retail and Hospitality sector experience – Highly desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of performance-based FM contracts containing KPIS and SLAs
- Experience of managing or overseeing multiple service providers
- Fluent Arabic Speaker
