Job Description
The position is located in a large retail environment with over 600 stores and more than 300 employees, serving approximately 65 million customers annually. The role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve store targets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, and supporting promotional activities. The role requires collaboration with team members to maintain store standards and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize the MUSE system for sales and inventory tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
