Job Title: Paramedic
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Salary Package: 8,000 SAR/month for 260 hours coverage
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and certified Paramedics to join a premium healthcare project under the NEOM initiative in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide emergency medical care and pre-hospital support to patients, ensuring rapid response, stabilization, and safe transfer when required.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency medical calls in line with established protocols.
• Assess patients’ conditions at emergency scenes and provide immediate medical treatment.
• Stabilize patients and transport them safely to medical facilities when required.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely and efficiently (if required).
• Maintain accurate patient care records and ensure documentation is completed promptly.
• Check and maintain medical equipment, emergency supplies, and vehicles in a state of readiness.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols strictly.
• Act in accordance with SCFHS regulations and company policies.
• Provide support during mass casualty incidents or disaster response operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paramedic in emergency or pre-hospital settings.
Certification:
• Valid license with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or eligibility for licensing.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in emergency response protocols and patient stabilization.
Salary:
SAR
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
