JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develop and implement performance management documentation and strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
• Prepare comprehensive and informative performance reports to ensure awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all services.
• Measure performance against KPIs, focusing on identifying reasons for underperformance, and providing recommendations for improvement and continuous development.
• Attend and contribute to meetings by providing reports and statistical data related to the company’s quality and performance against KPIs.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis and KPI monitoring.• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Engineering.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
• Transferable Iqama.
