JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Provides strategic oversight and leadership.
- Aligns project objectives with organization’s business strategy.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders and the implementation / advisory partner’s leadership.
- Ensures governance, risk management, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Approves major deliveries, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Key Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, technology and consulting knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Management Consultant Director or senior leadership role within the public sector.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and standards such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with high-level government officials and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with complex requirements in a public sector context.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian public sector regulations and project procurement processes is highly desirable.
