Job description

We are seeking a post print production operator to join our hive. This role is hands-on in the production process and is key to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

What youu2019ll be doing:

Perform post-print production tasks such as curing, trimming, folding, tagging, boxing, and preparing orders for shipment.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, registration, print placement, and overall quality.

Assist press operators and other production team members to maintain smooth workflow.

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of post-print equipment.

Monitor and restock supplies, keeping work areas neat, safe, and efficient.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.

What weu2019re looking for:

Minimum 1u20132 years of experience in screen-printing, finishing, or a related production environment (press operation, pre-press, reclaim, or quality control a plus).

Familiarity with screen-printing equipment, tools, or post-production processes.

Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Reliability and consistent work history.

Basic mathematical skills for measuring, counting, and calculating production times or material usage.

Ability to read and follow technical specifications, work orders, and production documents.
