Key Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders (CISOs, CROs, CIOs) on cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance.
- Develop and lead enterprise security strategies, roadmaps and operating models aligned with business priorities.
- Design, assess and mature information security management systems (ISMS) based on ISO 27001, NIST CSF and NCA standards.
- Lead security governance reviews, risk assessments and control maturity evaluations across business units and technology domains.
- Establish and optimize cyber risk management frameworks, policies and metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Guide clients in aligning cybersecurity and IT risk management with regulatory and compliance requirements (NCA standards, SAMA CSF, NDMO, PDPL, etc.).
- Oversee and review deliverables such as Security Strategy Reports, GRC Frameworks, Cyber Risk Registers and Board Dashboards.
- Drive business development, including proposal creation, pursuits and client presentations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional Accenture teams, fostering growth and capability development in cybersecurity strategy.
- Collaborate across Accenture's global network to bring thought leadership and innovation to Middle Eastern clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in GRC, risk management or cybersecurity strategy consulting.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale cybersecurity governance or risk transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL, SAMA CSF and NCA ECC.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite clients and translate technical risk into business context.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Experience working with clients in KSA and the GCC region.
- Strong leadership in business development, proposal management and solution shaping.
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and drive growth across sectors (public, energy, finance, etc.).
