JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced SHES (Safety, Health, Environment & Security) Manager to join a leading international contractor on a prestigious Aramco carbon capture project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all SHES activities across the project, ensuring compliance with Aramco and international standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE strategies, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
• Provide strong leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders in achieving zero-incident performance.
• Ensure reporting, auditing, and continuous improvement in line with Aramco guidelines and project objectives.
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering• Professional HSE qualifications/certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Proven track record as an SHES Manager on major industrial / oil & gas projects.
• Prior Aramco project experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
