JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Site Supervisor (2 Vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 6K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation
Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA
About the Client:
A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.
Job Description
-Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
-Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
-Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
-Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations.
Requirements:
-Open to male Indian and Pakistani nationals, 40 years old and below-Minimum of 1 year experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable
-Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.)
-Proficient in AutoCAD and site measurements (interior/fitout)
Salary:
SAR
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
