Overview
A leading holding company is actively recruiting an Account Director for their Abu Dhabi office.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for accounts.
- Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance, training, and performance management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Ideal candidate profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in account management within an agency environment. Multinational experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Middle East market.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
