JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Accountant to handle our day-to-day financial operations. You’ll be responsible for managing invoices, payments, payroll, and reports while ensuring everything stays accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
* Handle payroll and staff reimbursements
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial reports
* Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
* Track project/event expenses and assist with budgeting
* Maintain warehouse stock and track them.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance* 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in events or service industry)
* Knowledge of UAE VAT
* Good with Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Tally)
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Previous UAE experience
