JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Deliver daily administrative support to a designated business team. Serve as the primary contact for handling incoming calls, correspondence, and emails. Maintain records and schedules that monitor sales operations and customer interactions. Collaborate with the Logistics and Finance teams to coordinate order processing, product delivery, and billing activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Dutch, and FrenchCurrently residing in Dubai
Hybrid work model: available to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote
Committed to working hours of 10am to 7pm
Salary:
AED
17,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
