Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing sales offers and confirmations.
• Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms.
• Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans.
• Track and update shipment progress, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
• Assist in preparing documents under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms in line with UCP600 compliance.
• Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization.
• Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers.
• Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate degree in Mathematics, Science, Finance, Business, or International Trade.
Specialization in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or Commodity Trading preferred.

Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, or export-import.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and learning aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Technical skills:
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Familiar with Slack, Notion, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.

Language skills:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Foreign language skills (Russian, Greek, or German) will be an advantage.

Soft skills:
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
