JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a dynamic organization specializing in business services, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by building strong client relationships and generating new opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates with proven sales experience from industries outside of real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- 2–4 years of proven sales experience (non-real estate).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
