JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our insurance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE insurance market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
