JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develop and implement business development strategies for attracting investors, businesses, brands to UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our company vision, mission, and goals.
• Conduct continuous market research to gather insights on the local business environment and provide recommendations for growth opportunities at the major and minor scale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders and government officials.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, seminars, and meetings to promote our brand and services across UK.
• Manage the organisation and execution of promotional and networking events in UK in collaboration with other departments and local stakeholders to ensure all these initiatives and events are executed as per plan and objectives while promoting Dubai as a leading international business and investment hub.
• Collaborate with the global team to develop and implement global initiatives within UK.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of business strategies.
• Report to Management directly at the HQ Office in Dubai.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field in an international company or organization.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue and growth.
• Excellent communication and representation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, analyse data and provide recommendations with professional business plans for growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self driven and target oriented personality with high motivation to drill str
• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC business environment, culture and regulations.
• Bilingual (Turkish and English) with excellent writing skills in both languages
• Strong communication skills, business etiquette and established business network/ wide PR portfolio in Turkey
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Strong business development, marketing, networking and presentation skills
• Established business knowledge and awareness on economic and political global trends
• Ability to adapt with a professional working attitude.
Salary:
GBP
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
