Position Title: Commercial Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A trusted supplier of premium tiles and sanitaryware, based in Dubai, serving high-end projects across the UAE and GCC.
Job Description:
• Oversee all commercial operations, including sales, pricing, contracts, and project coordination.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage client, consultant, and supplier relationships while ensuring strong commercial performance.
• Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and review major tenders and proposals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or related field.• 10+ years’ experience in a similar commercial role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication; proficient in MS Office (ERP a plus).
Salary:
AED
35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
