Position Title: Commi II/III (3 vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
Small boutique café in Dubai Mall, offering coffee, snacks, and a relaxed vibe
- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Chef
- Ensure ingredients are prepped, stored, and used according to hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Support menu execution, portion control, and quality consistency
Requirements:
- Male, 40 years old and below- Minimum 2 years’ experience in café or restaurant industry
- Basic culinary skills with knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
