Construction Manager

Position Title: Construction Manager - Offshore

About the Client:
A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction.

- Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary. Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Oversees and tracks the certification of AD Civil defense and the Re-certification process for assigned projects. Determines and assesses need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary, during project cycle.
- Directs and manages project development from beginning to end. Defines project scope,goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
