JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction for substructure works in an airport expansion project in Dubai, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily site operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resources, and workforce productivity.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports for management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.• 12+ years in construction management of substructure or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of modern construction methods and standards.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
