Senior / Project Manager - Structural Engineering & Repairs

Reporting into the UAE Group Manager you will be responsible for handling multiple projects across the Emirates.
These range from 1-25Million AED in Contract value. Projects with a range of complexity and environment. Live Shopping Malls, Car Park Refurbishments, Stadia Repairs & Industrial.
You will be able to turn your hand to a manner of pre & post contract activities.
Providing leadership & mentioning to Engineers, Agents & Construction Managers.
No MENA experience is needed in this role.
What is critical is a willingness to embrace material repairs and solutions all with in-depth Concrete, Post Tension or Strengthening works.
Can you drive the process through all aspects. Not a role for someone that does not want to roll the sleeves up and clock off at 5.15pm.

Requirements:
Do you match the following ?Experience in a Leadership capacity for a Construction & Civil Engineering Business
Risen up the ranks and understand the full life cycle of project management
CV & career history that shows loyalty , success & progression
Civil Engineering Degree or Relevant Construction Education
Capable to seize opportunities
Clear experience and understanding of concrete & concrete repairs
Strong communication skills. This will be demonstrated through the hiring process with NSR Associates!
Benefits on offer :
• Lump Sum Salary Package up to 39,000 AED Per Month

Salary:
AED
33,000 to 39,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
