JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Draftsman – Fit Out
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A highly trusted maintenance service provider, based in Dubai servicing residential and commercial properties across UAE.
Job Description:
• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out.
• Review design drawings and convert concepts or sketches into detailed AutoCAD layouts.
• Ensure all drawings meet local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies on drawings
Requirements:
• Male, Asian nationals, aged 45 years old and below• Bachelor’s degree or at least Diploma in Civil
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UAE in Fit out or Food and Beverage Construction Industry
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
