JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our construction team in Dubai. The Driver will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and personnel safely and efficiently to various construction sites. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion within the fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport construction materials, equipment, and staff between sites and suppliers.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to guarantee the safety of cargo and passengers.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate transportation needs.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.- Proven experience as a driver, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to operate and maintain different types of construction vehicles.
- Good physical condition and stamina for handling loading tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Professional attitude with a focus on safety and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
