JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical projects within the construction sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful and safe completion of electrical works in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical project activities from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the project team to achieve project goals effectively.
Requirements:
- Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical.- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction company in GCC
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Holds U.A.E. Driving License
