We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Emirati Insurance/Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing insurance operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, underwriters, and internal departments, while delivering outstanding service and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day insurance operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and insurance providers to facilitate policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance activities.

Requirements:
- University Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in any industry or field is welcome.
- Timings: Monday – Friday, 8-4. (Fridays until 3.30) will offer hybrid work-from-home option after 3 months. - UAE national with a valid UAE family book, living preferably in the Emirate of Dubai or Sharjah border.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
