JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse have been mandated by a global professional services firm to identify a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional Executive Support to the Managing Partner and Senior Partner of the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, to work for an incredible organisation. Key responsibilities for this role will include managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and planning intricate travel itineraries as well as liaising with internal business units and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination. The EA shall offer expert-level administrative support for key projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution whilst collaborating closely with the EA team's leadership and managers to learn preferences, dynamics, and priorities.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be Degree educated, with 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, along with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. In addition, the ideal candidate shall demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle confidential information with discretion.Our client is looking to hire candidates who can work independently, think critically, and manage tasks with strong attention to detail. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
