Requirements:
A successful Finance Director should have:* A professional qualification in accounting or finance such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
* Extensive experience in financial management within the professional services industry.
* Experience managing medium sized teams.
* Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with financial software tools.
