Description
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
* Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

* Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:
A successful Finance Director should have:* A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
* MUST have UAE experience - please DO NOT apply if you do not have this as your application will not be considered.
* Extensive experience within the MANUFACTURING industry.
* Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems.
