JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transport: Move goods packed on pallets, in crates, or other containers to various locations within the facility.
• Stacking: Stack items in designated storage bays, ensuring proper alignment and following inventory control instructions.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying quantities, tracking shipments, and utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-use inspections on forklifts, report any damages or malfunctions, and perform basic maintenance.
• Quality Control: Check orders for accuracy and completeness, identify damages, and ensure product quality.
• Communication: Work with other team members, supervisors, and warehouse staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.• Valid forklift certification or license.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical condition to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
AED
1,850 to 2,250
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
