JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office Executive (Hindi Speaking) with prior clinic/hospital experience to join a reputed medical facility in Dubai. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, patient coordination, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors at the reception.
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and scheduling.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient care.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Maintain patient records and update the clinic management system.
• Ensure the reception area is presentable and organized.
• Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinic/hospital front office role in Dubai.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with clinic management software and billing systems.
• Presentable, professional, and patient-focused.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment.
Benefits:
• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (depending on experience).
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
Requirements:
Candidate Profile – Front Office Executive (Hindi Speaking)Education:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of front office/receptionist experience in a clinic or hospital in Dubai.
• Experience with patient handling, appointment booking, and billing.
Skills & Competencies:
• Fluency in Hindi and English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, organized, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Patient-friendly and approachable.
• Team player with adaptability to clinic workflow.
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
