Position Title: General Accountant - Real Estate Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and prepare tax returns in line with regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, payments, and expense reports, and ensure timely collection and payment.
• Assist in annual budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Develop and implement internal control procedures, conduct periodic reviews and audits to safeguard financial information and ensure process integrity.
Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals, 38 years old and below• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance in the UAE
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Salary:
AED
7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
