JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemicals, lubricants, or industrial oil sectors and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the chemicals, lubricant, and industrial oil sectors.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to network and promote company products.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the chemicals, lubricant, or industrial oil industry.- Strong understanding of the chemical and industrial oil market dynamics in the UAE, particularly Sharjah.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering is preferred.
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
