We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with Emirati background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting company growth through effective talent management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Coordinate employee relations activities and address workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with management to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Requirements:
- Emirati nationality with a strong understanding of local labor laws and cultural practices.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
