Join our dynamic team in Dubai as an English Desk Agent ( UK / Canada)in the Forex industry, where you'll play a key role in facilitating seamless communication and support for our English-speaking clients. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to excellent customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking UK / Canada clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about Forex products and services, assisting clients with their trading needs and account management.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure client requests and concerns are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Forex market trends, policies, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate guidance and support.
- Document all client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant Forex services and products to enhance client engagement and business growth.
- Handle client complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (UK / Canada ) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the Forex or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading concepts, products, and market operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the needs of an international (UK / Canada)client base.
Salary:
USD
2,000 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
