JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Remote full time position !
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts / Finance Manager to maintain the bookkeeping, accounting, and financial operations of multiple business entities within our group. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, multi-entity financial management, and the ability to consolidate and present accurate financial data to management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities across multiple entities - logging of invoices, bills and transactions
• Process supplier and sales invoices; maintain accurate ledgers, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT and tax filings; ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual entities as well as consolidated group reports in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and eliminations.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and management reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support financial system improvements and automation of accounting processes.
Requirements:
• Fluent/Professional English• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/ACA qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience,
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and multi-entity accounting practices.
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-sufficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Salary:
USD
1,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
