JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an Arabic-speaking qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction) with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join a leading UAE-based group with diverse business interests and a strong in-house legal function team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle commercial and real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts in both Arabic and English, and providing legal support across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in English and Arabic
2. Advise on commercial, corporate, and real estate matters
3. Support compliance, policy, and regulatory work
4. Coordinate with external counsel where required
5. Assist the Head of Legal on strategic projects
Requirements:
1. Qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction accepted)2. Minimum 2 years PQE
3. Proven experience in commercial and real estate law
4. Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) and English
5. Based in the UAE
6. Available to join within 1 month

Salary:
AED
18,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
