Position Title: Leasing Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Assist the Mall Manager in daily leasing operations and tenant management.
- Generate and follow up on leads for potential retail tenants.
- Conduct mall visits to tenants and competitor malls for market insights.
- Prepare leasing proposals, agreements, and related administrative documents.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fields
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role within shopping centres or malls
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
