Position Title: Logistics Executive - Import & Export
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED depending on experience & qualifications

Job Description:
• Responsible for coordinating international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining accurate import/export documentation.
• Manage end-to-end import and export operations (specifically here for fashion & Sports products). Prepare and verify all shipping, customs, and regulatory documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Certificate of Conformity, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade laws. Liaise with Dubai Customs, Free Zone Authorities, and relevant government bodies.
• Classify products as per correct HS codes and tariff regulations.
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino nationals, Female from 40 years old and below• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in import/export operations within the UAE, preferably in Fashion, FMCG, or retail logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs and port procedures (JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai Customs), import licenses, duty exemptions, and HS code classifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and shipment tracking tools; ERP/logistics platforms (SAP, Oracle, WMS) considered an advantage.
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
