Job description:
Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Office painting
• Basic Carpentry and plumbing
• Basic trouble shooting and Electrical works
• Light replacement and light fitting repair
• Good in Cabling management
• Work with contractor for major jobs
• Monitor the work of contractors
• Responsible to maintain the 5Star appearance of each floor
• Purchase materials and spare parts to be use
Work Schedule / Day off:
• 3PM – 12AM – weekdays
• 10:00 AM to 7PM - Weekend
• Wednesday and Sunday – Day off
Requirements:
STRICT REQUIREMENTS:• Experience in MEP, carpentry and general maintenance
• Valid UAE Driving License
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good communication skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
