Position Title: Marketing Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
-Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and retail outlets for marketing material distribution.
-Track marketing expenses, prepare purchase requests, and manage invoice processing.
-Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely replenishment. Handle general administrative duties related to the marketing department.
Requirements:
-Open to Filipino from 35 years old and below-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience in a marketing or administrative role, ideally within the retail industry.
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
