You’ll set the marketing strategy, lead and approve creative across social, digital, and offline channels, and deliver commercial outcomes. You act as brand guardian to maintain premium standards across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship
• Lead the creative strategy (concepts, campaigns, narratives) and approve all assets before release.
• Uphold premium brand standards (visual + verbal): own guidelines, QC processes, and final sign-off.
• Direct shoots, briefs, and storyboards; elevate video/reel hooks, copy, and design quality
Strategy, Team Leadership & Ways of Working
• Build and own the annual marketing plan and calendar aligned to targets and KPIs.
• Manage a small in-house team; recruit where needed.
• Establish clear workflows, SLAs, and deadline discipline.
• Communicate confidently with staff at all levels and departments,
Performance & Digital Growth
• Oversee paid media (Meta, Google, GCC platforms) to manage CAC/CPL/ROAS; ensure flawless ad ops, pixels, UTMs, GA4, and attribution.
• Drive always-on and campaign funnels (awareness ? tour/trial ? membership); optimize landing pages and CRO.
• Own SEO/Local SEO (GMB) and reputation levers (reviews, listings).
Social & Content
• Run a high-impact content engine (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts; LinkedIn as relevant).
• Build UGC/influencer programs and member storytelling; set brand voice and guidelines.
• Institutionalize rapid creative testing (hooks, formats, offers) with weekly learning cycles.
CRM, Lifecycle & Community
• Design automated journeys (WhatsApp/Email/SMS): lead capture, nurture, no-show winbacks, referrals, renewals.
• Partner with Sales to lift tour-to-membership conversion and member retention.
• Activate community: events, challenges, Dubai Fitness Challenge, and partnerships (hotels, residences, clinics, corporates).
Offline, PR & Partnerships
• Plan pop-ups, corporate activations, local area marketing; negotiate co-marketing.
• Manage selective PR and media moments where value-adding.
Budget, Data & Compliance
• Own marketing budget, forecasts, and weekly KPI reporting to Director.
• Maintain UAE data-privacy best practice for lead handling and communications.
• Work to Targets (KPIs)
You will work to targets agreed with the Director, calibrated for seasonality and channel performance. Target categories include: qualified tour/trial bookings, trial-to-membership conversion, cost per qualified booking, new memberships attributable to marketing,
Requirements:
• 3+ years in growth/marketing for premium consumer services; UAE experience required.• Proven track record delivering measurable revenue outcomes via paid social/search and lifecycle.
• Demonstrable creative leadership (campaign concepts, copy, visual direction) with strict brand QA.
• Proficiency in digital marketing.
• Strong content instincts + performance discipline (creative + numbers).
• Deadline-driven, highly organized, and calm under pressure.
• Professional presence: polished, presentable, and effective communicator at all levels.
• Excellent project leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English.
• WhatsApp Business/API CRM journeys and lead routing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative/testing and automation.
• Experience in PR or corporate partnerships (B2B memberships, wellness tie-ups).
